Our Internship Program
Primo Artists' Internship program has a primary focus on promotional marketing. Interns study educational modules, submit reports, attend weekly remote meetings led by leadership, and apply skills to various music business tasks.
Position
Digital Media and Servicing Assistant
- Part-time, ~20 hours/week
- Remote
- Start date: July 1, 2026
- Reports to Mia Thompson (Artist Services Coordinator) & Steven Halpner (Social Media Coordinator)
Key responsibilities
Social media management for the agency and clients, marketing materials creation, website maintenance, artist servicing including travel logistics, itinerary preparation, biography distribution, financial coordination, and visa support.
Requirements
Fluency with major social media platforms and a strong eye for design; AI tool experience; graphic design proficiency; website platform knowledge; communication skills; impeccable attention to detail; self-motivation; technical aptitude; bachelor's degree; classical music background.

Collaborate on social media content, compile CRM information, complete research assignments.
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate with classical music training, attention to detail, communication skills, graphic design / video editing proficiency, confidentiality awareness, Microsoft Office and social media competency, personal computer and Apple device required.

Public Relations Internship

Responsibilities
Support the PR team with media research, press list maintenance, drafting PR materials, tracking coverage, and assisting with public relations campaigns for our artist and institutional clients.
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate with classical music training, strong writing skills, attention to detail, communication skills, comfort with research tools, Microsoft Office and social media competency.
