Primo Artists seeks a full-time Associate to join our team. We are looking for a bright, driven, highly motivated and collaborative team member, who is passionate and knowledgeable about classical music and undaunted by challenges. A professional with a deep commitment to excellence, the candidate must possess a high aptitude, impeccable and efficient attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure. Qualifications include superb communication and organizational skills, mastery in handling and prioritizing a large workload, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service.
Associate to work closely with Director of Operations and Artist Services Manager to provide logistical and administrative support for the servicing of our artists’ engagements and tours. Associate to work additionally with Social Media & Publicity Manager and Social Media & Publicity Coordinator to provide administrative support for social media and publicity management of our clients.

A bachelor’s degree, classical music background and minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the performing arts industry are required.
