Newly signed to our North/South American roster, Beatrice Rana performed Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1 with the BBC Philharmonic under conductor Johannes Debus last week.
In 16/17, Rana will embark on an international recital tour of Bach’s Goldberg Variations to Wigmore Hall, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Berlin Konzerthaus, Aix-en-Provence Festival, Ferrara Musica, Santa Cecilia di Roma and San Francisco Performances amongst others.

Nicola Benedetti graces the cover of Gramophone Magazine‘s July 2016 issue, currently out on stands (click here). Journalist Charlotte Gardner writes an in-depth feature about the violinist and music ambassador as she releases her new Decca recording of Shostakovich and Glazunov concertos.

Itzhak Perlman receives yet another award, this time the Genesis Prize, in a ceremony emceed by actress Helen Mirren from Israel. The prize honors individuals making significant contributions to the Jewish community and the State of Israel through engagement, professional excellence, education and inspiration.

This August, Perlman returns to the Ravinia Festival for two concerts with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, including an all-Tchaikovsky program which he leads from the podium.

This summer, Cristian Macelaru debuts at Ravinia with Chicago Symphony on two programs including the U.S. premiere of Wynton Marsalis’ Violin Concerto with Nicola Benedetti, Aspen Music Festival where he premieres Mohammed Fairouz’ “Songs from Typhoid Mary” and the Hollywood Bowl with Los Angeles Philharmonic.
