RANDALL GOOSBY MAKES A BIG SPLASH IN LA PHIL DEBUT WITH GUSTAVO DUDAMEL
Violinist Randall Goosby, who signed to our roster in June 2021 in a Joint General Management partnership with HarrisonParrott, has been topping the charts with his Decca Classics debut album Roots since its June 25th release. He received top praise from The Los Angeles Times for his August 12th Hollywood Bowl debut with Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Phil where Mark Swed wrote: “He is poised for the big time.” Next month, Randall will have the honor of playing at the 20th Anniversary 9/11 Commemoration at Ground Zero in a ceremony telecast to a worldwide audience.
SEVEN PRIMO ARTISTS ANNOUNCED IN BALTIMORE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA’S 2021/22 SEASON
The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra has announced their 2021/22 Season featuring seven of our artists! Itzhak Perlman plays/conducts the Season Opening Concert (September 11, 2021), Randall Goosby makes his debut in the first subscription concerts (September 25-26, 2021), Gemma New leads a program featuring Renée Fleming (November 11-13, 2021), Nicola Benedetti performs Wynton Marsalis’ Violin Concerto (January 28-30, 2022), Christian Reif leads new music by Jessie Montgomery (May 5-8, 2022), pianist Beatrice Rana makes her Baltimore debut (June 17-19, 2022), and Wynton Marsalis’ BSO Co-Commission “Fanfare” receives its Mid-Atlantic premiere for the season’s finale (June 17-19, 2022).

We are delighted to welcome Emily Oing to Primo Artists as Booking Representative effective August 23, 2021. Emily comes to us from Columbia Artists where she worked from 2018 to 2020 for Michael Benchetrit, William Guerri and Nathan Wentworth, managers of vocalists including Isabel Leonard, Jamie Barton and J’Nai Bridges, and since last year has worked as an Associate Artist Manager at these managers’ respective boutique agencies. She received her training in Violin Performance and Business at Northwestern University and prior to relocating to NYC, she worked for Ravinia at the Steans Music Institute and their Sistema program and played as a freelance violinist in the Chicago metropolitan area.
