Primo Artists announces representation of conductor Cristian Măcelaru for Exclusive Worldwide Management

Primo Artists announces the exclusive worldwide management of conductor Cristian Măcelaru, effective immediately. The agency assumes his role as General Manager while continuing oversight of his publicity and social media globally.

Măcelaru joined Primo Artists' roster at its 2015 founding, initially representing his interests in North and South America. In 2020, the company expanded to manage his social media presence. Following the launch of Primo's Public Relations division in 2022, the organization took on his publicity duties as well. This announcement consolidates all representation aspects under one unified worldwide structure.
